The MLM/Network Marketing Question Is: Should I register my website as a business?
Hi guys,
I’m from montreal, Canada. I just launched my website Fallomi.com a social networking website for internet entrepreneurs and online money makers to share ways to make money online and contains all features a social networking website has got.
Now, I need money to invest in. To improve it and do marketing. I was thinking of getting a bank loan or government loan. So, in order to do that should I register my website as a small business in Montreal, Quebec? ( For a business loan)
Or should I get a personal loan instead ? (In that case there isn’t any need of registering Fallomi.com as a business.)
But yet, I am planning to generate revenues with my website and if it generates in the thousands a month do I have to declare that money and how ? As a independent entrepreneur or as a business entity ?

My personal opinion and experience is that most MLM programs work only for a few people (i. e. on the top of the “pyramid”). I recommend looking for and choosing 1-3 affiliate products/programs, e. g. on ClickBank. And in the long creating your own information products, e. g. small special reports and eBooks.
